Shyalpa Tenzin Rinpoche is a Tibetan Buddhist master and lineage holder of Dzogchen, the Great Perfection. Recognized as a holy child in the Himalayan foothills, he began training as a lama at age four and received transmissions from eminent teachers including H.H. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and his root guru Sangye Dorje Chatral Rinpoche. For more than 30 years, Rinpoche has taught internationally, offering retreats and empowerments that blend profound wisdom with practical compassion. He is founder of monasteries, institutes, and humanitarian foundations, and leads the creation of the Mahasiddha Sanctuary for Universal Peace in Lumbini, Nepal, Buddha’s birthplace.
