Marta has worked with major state and private oil and gas companies across Central Asia, serving on a working group that arranged pre‑export financing with Vitol and a syndicate of banks, a deal later recognized as Euromoney Deal of the Year. Based in London since 2006, she led Central Asia projects within an investment bank, focusing on oil, gas, and mining with access to significant funding. She later structured large investment funds for Kazakhstan, strengthening capital flows into the resource sector and establishing a private equity fund. She now works across energy and infrastructure and contributes to Central Asia Women in AI initiatives.
