She is the Founder of Regenerative Consulting, advising financial institutions, family offices, cultural organizations, tech startups and policy‑driven institutions on regenerative, long‑term strategy. Previously, she founded and led Boma Global, a worldwide network for transformational learning, and created TEDx, expanding TED into a global movement with thousands of events across more than 130 countries.
